North Wales Huntington’s Disease Branch Open/Awareness Day

The event is free to attend and is aimed at HD families, carers and friends
who provide support for people with HD.

There will be information about local support and services, organisations attending include:
 Alac Environmentals NHS
 North Wales Fire Service
 Carers Outreach
 Crossroads
 DWP
 Citizen Advice Bureau
 Hafal
The event will include a series of workshops to explore issues in more detail
and will give you an opportunity for discussion and to socialise.
Lunch/light refreshments will be provided
