Conwy & Denbighshire Support Group

The Conwy & Denbighshire members and family, friends and carers meet for a chat and maybe a drink/cuppa, meals available on request.

This Group is a new support group, started March 4th 2014, about 10 members attended for a cuppa and a pancake. Everyone was very keen on having meetings every 4 to 6 weeks.
